I would love for us all to see a trip to a therapist just like going to the gym, the doctor, or even the hairdresser.
I’m an integrative, transpersonal psychotherapist, (which basically means, I’m flexible in the way that I work, tailor-making the therapy for the individual and working holistically). I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London.
I previously worked as a journalist, writing features and books for a wide variety of media organisations including Australian Consolidated Press and the Mirror Group. I also spent nearly a decade producing and making films for organisations including the BBC and Channel 4.
After completing an MBA at Columbia Business School, Kelly spent the first two decades of her professional life as a Managing Director in investment management.
She then trained as a psychotherapist at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London.
Kelly works with individuals and couples. She also develops and facilitates group workshops. Kelly is accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) as well as member of the BACP’s coaching division.
